Once you have your appointment you will need to bring the following documentation to your interview. If you do not bring all these documents with you it may delay your application.

Proof of right to work in the UK (UK Passport, UK Birth Certificate or Visa)
Proof of your National Insurance (P45, P60, National Insurance Card)
2 X Proof of Address (Utility Bill/ Bank Statement dated within the last 3 months)
2 X Passport Photos (For your staff profile and ID Badge)
Training Certificates if you have them
Current DBS If you have one

Nurses Only

Your NMC Pin Number
Proof of Indemnity Insurance
Training Certificates relating to your nursing degree
