We aim to come back to you within 15 mins with any urgent requests and we will let you know as soon as possible if we can not help. Our On Call mobile is with one of our team members during evenings and weekends, not with a team offsite. This means that you will talk to someone who already knows your home and can help you quickly with staff members that will fit into your home.

We also have an investigative procedure in place so if there are any issues, problems or concerns in your home, please contact us and we will deal with the issue in a timely manner and keep you up to date as we continue our investigation to its conclusion.
