Ben Holder

Company Director

Everest Recruitment has been in business for over 9 years and before that Ben worked in the recruitment industry for 5 years, both in the temporary and permanent sectors. When it comes to recruitment there is not much that Ben does not know. He is proud to have grown Everest Recruitment from a small start up to a thriving business that keeps the core values he believes in. These core values are being honest, hardworking and trustworthy to both clients and candidates. Ben feels that all staff associated with Everest Recruitment are just like a family, whilst still keeping the professionalism required in the care sector. Ben's hobbies are spending time with his young family and running.

Carrie Mainwaring

Office Manager

Carrie has been with the company for just over a year, before that she had 8 years experience in customer service. Carrie's expertise lies in customer service, customer care, management and scheduling. The clients know that when they call Carrie for help, Carrie will respond quickly and efficently in a fast paced environment and they know that when Carrie says she had it covered, she does. Carrie's core values are delivering great customer service, honesty, empathy and courage. Carrie's hobbies include snowboarding and going to the cinema.

Alan Hiscutt

Head of Training and Incident Investigations

Alan has come to us with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the customer service industry and has over 6 years experience as a Senior Carer, Dementia Specialist and train the trainer. Due to our combined knowledge of the care industry and the recruitment industry our candidates know that any questions or concerns they have whilst working for Everest we can answer and support them. Alan's core values are honesty, keeping an open mind and being optimistic. Alan's hobbies include watching sports, creative writing and trivia quizzes. 

Bryony Mainwaring

Care Co-ordinator

Bryony has recently joined the Everest Recruitment family but has proven herself to be a valuable member of the team, Bryony also comes to Everest bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience having worked in the customer service sector for over 10 years. Bryony's experience means that she knows how to deliver on a client's needs under great pressure and short time contraints. Bryony's core values are honesty, empathy and keeping a positive outlook. Bryony's hoobies include spending the with her young family and friends.

Amy Mainwaring

Policies, Procedures and Payroll Manager

Amy has over 18 years of payroll and customer service experience. As back office support Amy ensures that all the policies and procedures that the UK Recruitment industry require are met. Supplying temporary staff to the care industry is unlike any other temporary industry. Amy ensures that all our business is safeguarded by ensuring that all candidates are eligible to work in the UK, have a current DBS and all training is up to date. 

With regards to Payroll Amy and the team work hard to ensure that unlike other competitors who have been known to miss payments and can be inaccurate, that we do not miss a week in payroll and that we rectify any mistakes quickly and efficently. Amy's core values are honesty, integrity and maintaining a fine eye for detail. Amy's hobbies are reading, watching movies and spending time with friends and family.
